REFORMER PILATES INSTRUCTOR

Fatima (Fati) is a very passionate Uruguayan aerialist who has been performing aerial silks for 8 years. As her training sessions involved Pilates and yoga exercises, she started practicing them separately to improve her skills and she fell in love with both of them. At the same time, she worked as an English teacher from a very young age.

Fati later decided to bring her passion for Pilates and teaching together by doing her Pilates Diploma with Pilates ITC and she couldn't be happier! Her aim is that her classes are both challenging and fun. She really loves to bring some of her circus background to her classes which helps to work on mobility, flexibility and strength while focusing on choreography at the same time.
