Transform Your Health with Clinical Pilates
At Limitless we use Clinical Pilates together with physiotherapy as a means of treating injury, low back and neck pain, post-surgical rehabilitation, and to enhance sporting performance. Clinical Pilates focuses on the retraining and recruitment of the body’s stability muscles to reinstate core stability as well as improve posture, strength and flexibility.
Limitless is not your run of the mill Pilates Studio. All Clinical Studio Exercise sessions are run by experienced PHYSIOTHERAPISTS, all of whom are certified Clinical Pilates practitioners in rehabilitation. We are also different from other pilates studios as we assess each of our clients individually and moving forward have a specific program built for their needs.

What is Clinical Pilates?
Clinical Pilates is a specialised form of Pilates that focuses on rehabilitation and injury prevention, as well as improving overall strength, flexibility, and posture. Our clinic offers comprehensive Clinical Pilates classes tailored to meet each client's specific needs and goals.
Benefits
Relief from Neck Pain: Pilates Exercise can help alleviate neck pain by strengthening the muscles that support the neck and upper back. Our instructors may also incorporate the use of the trapeze table to provide additional support and gentle traction to relieve tension further.
Improved Posture: A strong core is necessary for maintaining proper posture. It focuses on core stability and strength, which in turn promotes better spinal alignment and helps to prevent the development of postural issues.
Increased Flexibility: It encourages an increased range of motion, allowing you to move more freely and comfortably in your daily life.
Enhanced Athletic Performance: Many athletes incorporate it into their training regimen to improve core stability, flexibility, and balance, ultimately leading to better overall performance.
Using this to address existing physical issues is an excellent method to prevent injury and rehabilitation. Our team works with clients recovering from injuries or surgeries and those looking to reduce the risk of future issues. It plays a vital role in helping you regain mobility and confidence in your daily life by focusing on strengthening and stabilizing the body's core muscles.
Clinical Pilates is Often used For
