At Limitless we use Clinical Pilates together with physiotherapy as a means of treating injury, low back and neck pain, post-surgical rehabilitation, and to enhance sporting performance. Limitless is not your run of the mill Pilates Studio. All Clinical Studio Exercise sessions are run by experienced PHYSIOTHERAPISTS, all of whom are certified Clinical Pilates practitioners in rehabilitation. We are also different from other pilates studios as we assess each of our clients individually and moving forward have a specific program built for their needs.

Getting Started

Your journey begins with an initial assessment. Our instructor will discuss your medical history, goals, and any specific concerns you may have. This comprehensive evaluation allows us to create a customized treatment plan for your needs.

Each session typically lasts 30 minutes and can be conducted one-on-one or as part of a small group. We design our exercise classes to be engaging and enjoyable, ensuring you stay motivated and committed to your program.

Your initial assessment will involve developing an individualised programme to suit your specific needs,

and when needed a screening with Real Time Ultrasound imaging that will give you an inside view of the muscles that comprise the ‘core’ –  a fundamental muscle group in the Pilates discipline.

After your Initial Assessment, sessions are conducted in the following way:

 

1:1 Private session

55 minutes of one-one-one session with your Physiotherapist

2:1 Duo session

55 minutes with yourself, one other client and your physiotherapist

4:1 Quattro session

55 minutes with yourself, three other clients and your physiotherapist

Private Health Insurance
